Frequently Asked Questions

When should I order the Postpartum Box?

Many people order it in the last weeks of pregnancy so it is ready when they come home. It also works as a gift once the baby has arrived. Orders are usually packed within 3 to 5 business days, and standard delivery within Canada usually takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

What education is included?

Kate's Postpartum Guide, written by Kate Fawcett, Registered Midwife. It covers the physical and emotional changes after birth, feeding and recovery, and ways to make rest and support part of your early weeks, including sections on exclusive pumping and formula feeding.

Is this box only for breastfeeding?

Several items are for breastfeeding: the nipple balm, silver nipple cups, nipple shields (while stock lasts), cotton breast pads and silicone breast pump. The guide also covers pumping and formula feeding, and the bath soak, calming oil blend, tea and wet bag are not feeding-specific.

Do I need the perineal spray add-on?

The perineal spray is an optional add-on. The Birth Box already includes a perineal spray, so if you have the Birth Box or the Birth & Postpartum Bundle, you may not need to add it here.

Should I choose the Birth & Postpartum Bundle instead?
