• Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
• Delivery time: Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
• Order tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped (where available). 
• International shipping: At this time, The Midwife Box only ships within Canada. We look forward to expanding to more regions in the future. 
• Lost or delayed packages: Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at info@themidwifebox.com and we will do our best to assist you.
