The Midwife Box Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Midwife Box. If there's an issue with your order, here's how we can help:
- Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Non-returnable items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items (breast pads, nipple covers, combs, skincare, etc.) Books and printed materials must be unopened.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@themidwifebox.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund.
- Process: To start a return, email us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
